Shipping & Returns



Shipping:
1. All orders are usually posted within 24 hours of confirmed payment during normal working hours.
2. All orders with confirmed payment after 4PM UK BST/GMT or outside of normal working hours will be posted within 24 hours of next working day.
3. Normal working hours are defined as Monday - Friday 9AM to 4PM UK BST/GMT, excluding bank holidays, weekends, and peak seasons.
4. Free P&P listings do not include tracking service with shipping.
5. Free P&P is not available for combined orders.
6. If an order is marked as shipped, then the parcel has been deposited with the shipping carrier at a postal box or in-person at drop location.
7. We are unable to cancel, exchange, or retrieve an order once an item is posted and a return is necessary if a transaction cancellation or exchange is desired.
8. Shipping time estimates or transit time may be delayed by the shipping carrier during bank holidays, weekends, or peak seasons.
9. Please keep in mind that we cannot ultimately control the parcel once in the possession of the shipping carrier. Tracking and location scans solely depend upon the shipping carrier centres to scan the parcel label each time the parcel passes through a check point. As a result of this, the initial postal location acceptance scan (or other scan events) may be missing or delayed.
10. Tracking numbers for parcels posted internationally outside of the UK may display minimal international tracking information online on certain shipping carriers or international orders via eBay and similar online marketplace tracking.

Returns:
1. New item returns are accepted within (30) days of postal delivery date. New item returns must be unopened, unused items that remain in new condition with sealed original packaging and all supplemental materials intact.
2. Defective item returns are accepted within (30) days of postal delivery date.
3. Buyers must notify us within (10) working days of the postal delivery date to return or replace an item. If we do not receive contact from the buyer within (10) working days of the postal delivery date, then we may be unable to issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Incorrect orders or packing and shipping errors are addressed within 24 hours of buyer notifying us during normal working hours. Inquires not within normal working hours will be addressed within 24 hours of the following working day.
5. Return, replacement, or re-posting costs are the responsibility of buyer if the item is returned due to an incorrect address or buyer remorse.
6. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and approval based on return item criteria noted above and additional return policy terms that may be stated within the item listing.
7. Refunds are promptly issued within 24-48 hours of returned item receipt during normal working hours given that return item criteria and/or additional return policy terms that may be stated within the item listing are fulfilled.
